Here are some additional tips:

  • Ensure balance: While using a variety of phrases, dedicate roughly equal space to discussing both benefits and drawbacks.

  • Strong verbs: Use strong verbs to make your analysis more impactful. Instead of "have" or "be," use verbs like "demonstrate," "mitigate," "outweigh," or "undermine."

  • Clear organization: Structure your essay with clear headings or topic sentences to indicate when you're discussing benefits or drawbacks.
